ORDERING & DELIVERY FAQ’S
REQUESTING SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES
Where necessary, a specific delivery time can be requested for your order but unfortunately CANNOT be guaranteed unless prior arrangements have been made with one of our CALL CENTRE STAFF (Call 047 06 22 739). Some special delivery requests may incur a surcharge. Where prior arrangements have not been made with a staff member, every effort will still be made to fulfil your request. Our standard delivery service covers business deliveries being made prior to 5pm. Residential deliveries may be delivered up until 7.00pm. For funeral services we suggest that you contact our Call Centre staff directly to discuss your requirements.
Monday to Saturday (Excluding Public Holidays): Online orders placed BEFORE 20:00 pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) for business deliveries are guaranteed to arrive by 5pm on the next day. Online orders placed BEFORE 20:00 pm AEST for residential deliveries are guaranteed to be delivered the next day by 7.00pm. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times, however we will endeavour to fulfil your requirements to the best of our abilities. If you have any other queries on time commitments please call 0470 622 739. If a Sunday or Public Holiday is selected for delivery your order will automatically be delivered on the NEXT business day.

VALENTINE’S DAY FLOWER DELIVERY: THE ESSENTIALS
As Valentine’s Day is one of the busiest days in the florist calendar, we will be working around the clock in the weeks leading up to, and on Valentine’s Day, to coordinate the logistics of delivering your roses. We would like to emphasise the following conditions around delivery on this super romantic, yet super busy day!
Due to delivery volume on Valentine’s Day, no changes to orders can be made after 18:00 AEST Sunday 12th February for Tuesday 14th deliveries.
We are unable to guarantee delivery times on the 13th or 14th February – roses will be delivered anytime between 9-5pm (business) and 9-7pm (residential).
No re-directs will be possible if the recipient has left the delivery address for the day, however we will try, where at all possible, to accommodate your needs if this situation does arise. We thank you for your understanding!
MOTHER’S DAY DELIVERY
Mother’s Day delivery is available for Sunday the 6th May 2018. Deliveries to businesses will be made between 9am and 5pm, and deliveries to residences will be made between 9am and 7pm. Due to the high volume of orders we receive at this time, we are unable to guarantee time requests or specific delivery times. Please call us on 0470 62 27 39 if you require further information.
DELIVERY ON SUNDAY OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Sunday (except for Mother’s Day) or Public Holiday deliveries are not available. Should you select Sunday or a Public Holiday for delivery, your order will automatically be delivered on the NEXT business day. If you require urgent delivery on a Sunday or Public Holiday, please contact us by telephone on 0470 622 739 PRIOR to placing your order to check whether this is possible. Please Note: Additional delivery charges will apply.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Avril’s Floral Design is not responsible if an incorrect address is supplied. Please be sure that you enter all the correct details at time of ordering and please enter as much information as possible. There is space for you to provide any special delivery instructions when you place your order and we encourage you to use it. If we are sent to an incorrect address, an additional delivery charge may apply to redirect the delivery.
IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME
We do request that you check prior to ordering that someone will be at the address on the day of your requested delivery. If no one is at the given address to receive the delivery, our driver will leave the gift if it safe to do so. If for some reason it is not safe leave we will leave a calling card and do our best to return to the address the same day, however, an additional delivery charge may apply.
